This month the iconic Belvedere Hotel at Woody Point caught fire over night. With a 48 hour turn around Mobile Kitchens was tasked with sourcing, converting and installing a Mobile Kitchen for the htoel to use during rennovations. The crew installaed a S'max, 12 meter triple store and a prep kitchen in the back parking lot.
